Today, I decided to visit the recently acquired Neighborhood Car Wash. Upon arrival, the new owners wasted no time in trying to sell me their monthly service for $50, which surprisingly didn't even include cleaning the rubber mats. Despite my hesitation, I agreed to give them a chance and opted for their $30 first-time car wash. Unfortunately, it was a complete disaster. The interior of my car was sprayed but not wiped down, leaving it messy. The exterior also had missed spots, and to top it off, they even damaged my wheel well with their equipment. When I asked the manager to inspect the truck, their response was filled with attitude.

Whole front is still dirty and so is cup holders and interior LOL The mats are semi clean, definitely could be vacuumed more. I paid 30$ for the VIP wash and this is more of a 13$ regular wash service that I got 🤦‍♀️

I have tried to give this car wash a few chances. It’s close to home and convenient, but I have been disappointed each time. Today I left with dirt and smudges on my windshield and bird droppings on the roof. The tire shine comes off within hours of application, the interior of my car was still dusty and the plastic protective mats are barely cleaned. I didn’t notice the windshield until I was driving away, and I could have turned around to have them correct it, but decided to use my time more wisely and write this review so others don’t waste their time going. I understand that it’s hard to find employees that want to work, but I’m not paying for this low quality service any more. Im also aware it’s a convenience and luxury expense to have someone else wash my car, but at more than thirty dollars for an SUV, going to this car wash is a waste of money. Save yourself the aggravation and go elsewhere.

Disappointed. Super wash did very little for the interior of my car! The same as full service :(

Everything is good. The prices after taxes and washing the mats go really higher than what’s advertised
