Paid for my car to not be washed at all. They didn’t even WIPE the inside. Simply put an air freshener. Waste of money go anywhere else.

Went there today to have a truck washed and paid for the deluxe. Car was returned absolutely filthy. Inside wasn’t vacuumed not even an air freshener. Go somewhere else. To the company, please don’t respond to this review and say you’ll make up for it. Just give me my money back.

Had my brand new car hand washed from Simi Valley Car Wash on Saturday. They took extremely good care of my car. Only one brush came in contact with my vehicle, and that was to scrub my rims. The rest was washed and dried by hand. 18 dollars was the total and they do other services as well. All seem to be priced fairly

Ruined my clear coat! Used dirty brushes and left scratches throughout the entire car. Took delivery of the car in the shade. When I got to my next destination, I parked in direct sunlight and could see all the scratches in the clear coat. Immediately returned and showed the manager Jose. I told him that the brushes they were using were dirty. He told me they don't wash cars with dirt, your car was like that before, we don't use brushes, we only hand wash, your car is old, and look at your wheels. I litterly had a mobile detailer buff the whole car 2 months ago! Needless to say, i let Jose know exactly how i felt about what he said. I've been taking my other cars there for almost 15 years, the first time with this car. Never going back.

The Hispanic guy so called Manager on Duty (1:20PM) was very very very rude when I made complaint that the car hasn’t been throughly vacuums , especially inside as all spots were shown to him . Then he took the key and disappeared. 4 -5 workers were looking for him to get the key so that it could be cleaned inside. Later a well known employee got the key n cleaned . This guy doesn’t deserve to be in this industry, for long run will have -ve impact on this company revenue. All employees are great accept this one !
