Royal Hand Car Wash

Went in today to have my car hand washed and the interior fully detailed for $130. My bf had gone a few weeks prior and the job they did on his car was amazing. I'm not sure what happened today but the job they did on my car was horrible. Attention to detail was not there at all. Right off the bat, my seats still looked dirty, and we actually addressed this with the employee. After leaving and upon further inspection I noticed: - steering wheel still had gunk on it - visor mirrors were still dirty - hub caps had black residue on them - touch screen was still dirty One of the things I was looking forward to getting rid of were these liquid splatters on the outside of both the right side doors that would never come off when I went through a car wash. They were still there and there was no sign of any effort in taking them off. The front hub cap on the left side was broken in 2 spots. Overall, very disappointing to say the least, especially for what I paid for.

Pretty terrible for $40 + tip. The car looks cleaner but not what you would expect after a car wash. Doesn't seem like they wiped down the inside with anything but a rag. Windows are still dirty. Center console dirty. They also broke the plastic piece to the bottom of the seat and left it in the passengers seat.

I used to come here for car washes all the time but no more. The quality of the wash has gone down significantly. They left the inside of my car still dirty. Today, they nearly crashed my car with another car and I noticed a gold chain of mine has gone missing. I’m not accusing anyone of theft but if they even threw it away, that’s really careless of them.

DO NOT BRING YOUR TESLA HERE! Super unprofessional after they damaged my door, mirror and speaker. The manager said to take them to court! He wouldn’t give me their insurance policy or let me see the security camera footage. They will be hearing from me and my insurance soon. Or lawyer if needed. Charged me $65 and asked me to tip the worker $15. Never bringing my cars here again

Unfortunately not good left everything dirty everything was basically wiped down with an old Rag . THE RIMS were the worst part they didn't even clean them it looks like they just wiped a rag over it and that's it
