Rockland Auto Wash

I don’t like to leave bad reviews, but I’d recommend going anywhere else. I’ve never been to a car wash before where you could run your finger across sections afterward and easily remove dirt. I’ve attached photos so you can see what a simple finger wipe can do that their "wash" doesn’t. They have good customer service, but that can’t make up for bad equipment. My car was still so dirty that I ended up bringing it back a couple of hours later. When I showed them my car, they understood and ran it through again. Unfortunately, even after two washes, it was still dirtier than it would be at other car washes. Their automatic wash seems very light on water and soap. It would be a huge improvement if they just hosed it down well before putting it through. If a quick swipe with a dry finger can clean it better, it seems parts of the car go completely untouched.

For the money that they charge the service is not good here! They wash your rubber mat which is so easy to dry and place the wet mat back in your car. I also point out to one of the young man that my car was not vacuumed properly, so he brought it to the attention of the person in charge. I showed the car to him, he told me to take the car to the back so they could redo it! I mentioned to him that if that’s the kind of service that they are offering for the amount that they charge for the wash I won’t be coming back. Instead of addressing my concern professionally he was visibly annoyed and said to me, “I wash 400 cars everyday” Not very humble for someone who depends on customers to stay in business. Customer service should be a priority, but unfortunately, that was not the case here. I won’t be returning and would advise others to consider other options if they expect respectful and attentive service.

Paid for interior and exterior cleaning, when getting into my car I realized the inside wasn’t touched and pointed it out to the attendant who asked did I pay to get the inside cleaned. Another walked over wiped the step plates and closed the door. I’ll never go back.

Not good at all! The inside of my SUV looked like it hadn't been touched! The mats were wet but still dirty. Nothing had been wiped down - dashboard, console, nothing. I pointed out one thing but didn't feel comfortable going further. I didn't appreciate how the owner/manager was interacting with the workers. whistling, snapping his fingers and pointing. I didn't want to be the cause of any further mistreatment of those workers.

My brand new Sentra (9000 miles) Was damaged after I went to this car wash. I immediately noticed a weird sound from this plastic piece rubbing against the tire so I went and spoke to the manager who had a terrible attitude and refused to do anything for me. I would’ve been happy with a refund, she tried to say it was my car and not her car wash. In addition to causing damage her car wash left a terrible smell (imagine ammonia and rotten eggs) in my car. If you care about your vehicle, take it somewhere else.
