Charges more than the listed price when paying by card. The soak pressure is weak, and it takes a moment to start. Overall, poor quality. The tunnel wash isn’t any better either. I’ve used this place a couple of times only because it’s the closest option to my home.

Today I tried this auto car wash and, while the service was decent, I was disappointed by the limit of only one car wash per day even though I bought the most expensive “unlimited” membership. Nowhere throughout the sign-up process was it stated that I would be limited to 1 car wash per day. Being limited to 1 car wash per day is counterintuitive to the “unlimited” aspect of this membership. My car wasn’t cleaned to my satisfaction so I figured since I have an “unlimited” membership, I would simply go through it again. To my surprise, I found out my unlimited membership that I pay $45 a month for isn’t very unlimited. This business should be more transparent on its policies and not attempt to trick future potential customers into these “unlimited” memberships.

I always go wash my car . But today it’s isn’t my day. Because all the red rhino car wash were full of customers other than that, it was all right . They need to open up in the area of Philadelphia northeast

Went here the other day for the first time. Reviews were good so figured I'd go wash my new car. I went onto the website first and it had an option to prepay, so I did. It then gave me a barcode to use when I got there. I couldn't figure out how to get it to work so an employee came over and tried. He said he never saw anything like that before and couldn't figure it out either. Instead of turning me away he let me go through. I truly appreciate the helpfulness and kindness he showed me. Next time I know not to pay ahead on the website because there's no way for the machine to know that you used the site. My car came out clean and it was quick and easy. They had cool colorful lights also, which not only did my son enjoy but I did too. Made me feel like a kid again. Definitely recommend and I'll be coming back soon. Update: been coming here for close to a year now and still no complaints. I had a couple issues a few months back with being charged twice, but the customer service is absolutely outstanding and corrected the issue and made it right. Even this past Halloween they had a haunted car wash, which both my son and I really enjoyed. They should definitely do all the holidays, I think it's really unique and fun. Definitely recommend coming here, worth every penny.

I love the old-fashioned washing your car but I also feel like after spending almost $10. Vacuuming should be free.
