Raceway Express Car Wash

I’ve been a member for about a year it’s a good place to wash your car. I wish they still gave out the towel they used to give but now they have them stocked so we can use. It’s fine though. I appreciate the friendly welcome I get from Carmen always helpful with a smile on her face! Thank you for always making me feel welcomed and never rushed😊

Stopped to get a quick car wash. I would say this was one of the fastest car washes my car has been through and the priciest. But if you need a quick car wash for the lowest price of $10 it will do the job.

I have been coming to this car wash for over 1 year and i absolutely LOVE Carmen . She is the only employee that says hi and welcomes me in with all smiles and just super nice . I thought i had an issue with billing and she resolved it within seconds , i felt like an idiot but she definitely did not make me feel dumb 🤣 , i love Carmen’s good energy and aura ❤️❤️❤️

One of the worst car washes I’ve been to. When I arrived I was waiting for a couple of minutes in the non-member section. I even backed up to check if I missed the area to pay. When a worker came over I requested the top Carwash at $22 and was then asked you want to do a membership for the same price and I confirmed it would be the same and they confirmed only to be charged and then handed a doc stating $36. Then the dash and glass wipe was supposed to be given and wasn’t. At the end of the wash the blowers to dry my car were far away and short that my car came out almost completely wet. When I got to the vacuum area there was no towels available in the clean section and none available for purchase, luckily I had some with me. The vacuum had one that didn’t work and there was no air blower. The glass cleaner left all my windows streaked and when asking for help there was no one available as the only 2 staff working we’re at the inside of the car wash. Safe to say I’m canceling this membership and won’t be back.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. They told me that if I wanted to buy a 1 month membership for 14 dollars, it would be only for one month, and that's it. They made me sign a receipt, agreeing that I want to be charged every month for 19.95, but I didn't read that, I just trusted them. I just found out because I stopped using the credit card that I used to purchase the membership, and I noticed the 19.95 charges. I sent an email to resolve this, and they sent me the receipt that I signed. That happened in December 2023, and I just canceled the membership in February 2025. Just be careful with this company they want to steal your money.
