TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. My fellow drivers, please do not spend your money and risk damage to your vehicle with no accountability. If I could give this place negative 5 stars I would!!! My brand new car (2024) was damaged due to equipment malfunctioning in the wash. I quickly noticed before exiting the location and proceeded to submit a damage claim. Over the next three weeks I went back multiple times for an update since I didn’t hear back. Just to find out the manager was on a leave of absence and nobody was doing anything to resolve my concern. I emailed corporate and three different times before getting a robotic response saying the video from the car wash was being reviewed. Ultimately the email I got back from corporate, indicated they would not cover the damage and I should contact my insurance. They even refused to refund me for the monthly membership. What a way to do business! In all honesty I strongly suggest taking your business and car elsewhere.

This location is probably the worked one been to. There is no towels ever to dry the car and the vacuums don’t work as good. I post for the most expensive membership and my car never comes out completely clean. Employees are lazy too.

Great modern car wash. Damian was very professional and took his time going over the prices and membership fees. He provided excellent customer service, the kind that is hard to find nowadays, he made us feel very welcomed! The car wash itself was very clean, the amount of soap used for washing your car is a great amount so you know your car will get clean! I recommend this car wash 100%.

Service in general terrible, people there do not know how to direct you into the lanes properly without you scraping your own tire multiple times. Even with my car not being that dusty or dirty it still comes out SUPER unclean. Especially in the trunk area it barely gets any water or soap and it comes out just as it came in. Do not waste your money folks.

I enjoy coming to this location because they provide quick and above and beyond service. The few times I’ve been here, an employee named Priscilla has been nothing but kind and so helpful with helping me achieve a clean car! *Bonus is that it’s near my favorite coffee places!
