I do not recommend this car wash. Half way through the wash a large piece on the liftgate of my car below the windshield (the whole width of the liftgate) on my crossover SUV fully got ripped off. Not only that, a a fairly large chunk of paint was scratched off and harsh white water marks were left behind--at home I went back over those marks with a microfiber cloth which did them all off. Thank goodness for the employee watching the cameras who ran ahead to grab the piece that fell off my car before the car behind me ran over it, he said they see this all the time likely due to the high wind power and machines in the wash, I am grateful he was attentive and helpful. However, at the end of the day, protect your car, choose another wash or handwash.

New Location: Recently opened car wash location. I like it so far. Payment/Greeting When you pay for your carwash, you are always greeted with a nice smile, and a positive personality by the lady there at the carwash POS machine. Quality vs. Wash on my own I mainly like to wash my car on my own, because I can use a Mothers 05764 Ultimate Hybrid Ceramic Spray Wax (by hand and better than most chemical guys products) after washing it to give it that nice smooth touch after you wash it. Most carwash locations don't do a very good job at this. It's different when you rely on machine vs. a human being. Next time I am debating if I want to get the monthly basic wash option ($14.00/mo), and/or try higher cost wash options on occasion. I'll have to try the higher cost options, just to see if paying more does make a big difference. I can take 30mins-2hrs truly detailing my car inside and out, but if you don't have time on the weekends or your day off, then a 5-10 minute wash here is well worth it. Compliment Thank you for providing a nice quick wash. The vaccum suction is pretty good here. I look forward to coming here again, as it is near home, and it's pretty quick. They also rinse your car two times, which is very nice. Rinsed before carsoap is added to remove dirt, and after to rinse off the soap. Dry time 1 hour driving on the freeway, if you don't want or don't have the time drying it off with a hand towell. Recommendation: I would recommend allowing their employees wear a beanie, as it is very cold out there during this winter season, and/or provide the employees with warm jackets, and gloves. After all they are the face of the company. 🙂

This is a great car wash for me. The staff was friendly. The car wash section had a few more industrial brushes than other car washes. They even have a little store for extra supplies if needed. Hope they keep up with maintenance of the property. Overall, great.

Been there twice. First time in my wife’s car and the arm hit the top of the suv when we were driving through and they acted like they didn’t see it happen. Second time I also noticed one of the spinners that dry never touched the left side of the car and one of the wash spinners damaged my mirror cover. Pic attached.
