The man working there was so mean. I didn’t know how to put my car in neutral or turn in the rearview mirrors (never had to do before). He was definitely very annoyed by my presence and made it clear. The wash was fine. Will probably go back because it is cheap and conveniently located. Hopefully I won’t get yelled at again now that I know what to do.

Went to the car wash today around 3:30 PM. Car wash sign states $7.50 for a regular wash. Sign is obstructed where SUV charges are higher. I I simply asked how did you get the $10 from $7.50. Man absolutely lost his mind screaming at me saying “you don’t trust me get out of here!”. He didn’t even attempt to clarify. He instantly went to anger and yelling. Said to the man I just wanna know how you got the $10. He walked over slapped the sign with his hand saying SUV charges are here. I said to him “the sign view is obstructed and I couldn’t see it.” I just asked a simple question. He then screamed at me again and told me to get out. I asked him why he’s being so mean and he screamed again at me telling me to get out. I have never been yelled at for just getting a car wash!! the gentleman is clearly an angry human being! He lost his mind over an interaction he 100% provoked. As a consumer, I have the right to clarify a price I am being charged, especially if the sign is obstructed. If it wasn’t obstructed, I wouldn’t have asked the question ! I don’t care how good their service might be. I would never go there again and I will tell all of my friends and people I work with and know that live in this area to never solicit that business ever !!!

Old Towne Car Wash always delivers a great experience! I make it a point to give a little extra, and in return, they give my car that added level of care. The owner is always courteous, and every time, my car comes out sparkling clean. Highly recommend if you’re looking for top-notch service and results!

It would be great if they could update their hours on there so people would know. Arrived at 5:06 PM February 2, 2025. The guy walks out looks and walks back in. Useless.
