Ojai Spring CarWash & Lube

It’s worth the time to drive down to 5 points car wash in Ventura. I just had a truck washed and waxed today at Ojai springs. The staff was friendly and kind but was unsure how to price my truck. When I picked my truck up after spending $180 I had to ask the guy to clean the inside of the windshield. There were so many un wiped places on the dashboard i didn’t bother to talk through it with the washer, I just left. Kind staff, great location and pricing is fair, but the quality is moderate at best. I would really like to see this place do well, it’s a great location. I hope they can elevate their work quality in the future.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. The lady was rude, and tried adding her own tip on MY CARD, I was told a price on my service, when I went to pay I was told I would be charged an extra $20 for the TRUNK THATS PART OF THE VEHICLE. I would usually tip if the work was done right. The work done on my car was lazy work, work could have been done right for almost $200. Do not give this place a chance to even touch your car, spend your money else where it’s worth it. WORST SERVICE EVER. Not even the bare minimum was done! NOT EVEN VACUUMING WAS DONE RIGHT. THERE ARE STREAKS ON MY WINDOW FROM A DIRTY RAG. Didn’t even wipe down the inside of my car correctly. Pictures added are not all but some of many.

A little more than I'm used to spending, but my car was immaculate when they finished...and after a cross country trip and a shedding dog, it needed a lot of love.

Took the car in for full exterior detail. My car had been siting for a full month outside. I really felt bad. Top job, wax job was perfect and the trim bits were all polished. Interior clean was included.. Took about 3 hours, highly recommended to spend the money.

Brought my car here today. Paid extra for a hand wash and car now has multiple scratches and damage to the paint. Front bumper and grille were still dirty on completion but after 45 min (for an exterior only wash) I had to go.
