Northampton Carwash

A great wash and great customer service! Went there today to get all the post-snowstorm road salt off my car. It was BUSY and I waited 40 minutes in line. When it was my turn the payment machine wasn't working, grrrr! Called the number posted on the machine and the awesome guy that answered the phone apologized and said he would be right over to fix it. In the meantime he asked me which wash I wanted and then told me it would be free since he knew I had probably been waiting a while, and magically the door opened and I got my wash. What excellent customer service! The prices are a couple $ less than the wash closer to my house as well. This will be my go to car wash going forward. Thanks again for the free wash!

Touch-less wash has lost it’s power to clean (as all washes do in time), vacuums suck because they don’t suck & hoses/nozzles almost always broken, no microfiber cloths available to purchase. Price is not worth the level of cleaning, but it’s local when i need a quik clean. After i was ripped off again this morning, I will drive the distance to my favorite power wash!

I love this car wash, this is my go to place especially because of the card readers. Although, I went today to wash in the manual wash bay as usual, and I swiped my card, and used all of that time, so I swiped once more to finish. Everything went great, except when I got home and saw the notification of the purchase, It charged me $17 each time. I thought it was supposed to be $6? That's what it says at least. That was a 34 dollar car wash for 20 minutes of time. Ouch. I'd like to see this fixed if possible.
