I would recommend you not go to this car wash. The brush swing around violently and in my case it was substantial enough to punch a dent in my car which they refuse to pay for. Just be aware of this if you choose to use this place

Staff and management were friendly. But I would not recommend using their car was unfortunately. I noticed during my last wash Saturday 6/30/24 the vertical brushes spinning way too fast and swinging violently out of control. Instead of washing my truck it was left with several nicks, dings and scratches all along my drivers side and tailgate. I am canceling my membership and going back to Shiney Shell. Wash quality at Mr. car is mediocre at best but now I have to have body and paint work done to my truck that will cost me thousands to restore. If I were you I would not was your car here. They don't maintain their equipment well enough to prevent damaging your vehicle.

It use to be a great wash, but then they took away everything that made it great. Mistake #1, they took away dryers and interior cleaning for a do it yourself interior vacuum. 2, they took away the pressure washer before you enter the wash and the brushes inside the wash do not clean anything. 3rd, they tell me when entering the wash I can go through as many times as I need to get my car clean. What are you thinking?! You took an amazing wash and dumbed it down to all of the cheap competitors in the area. I will not be going back as this wash today was the final blow. My car looks like garbage and I do not have time to go through the same wash 5 times to get the same result.

Car wash breaks right in front of me. They tell me it’s fixed and to go ahead. Only 1/3 of the car wash washed my car. It’s still broken

Had an issue with my truck getting washed properly and it was quickly addressed by the General manager. He made it right and took care of me with no questions asked, he just wanted to make sure I was a happy customer. Thanks again.
