Menifee Car Wash

My car went in free and clear came out with a huge crack down the windshield. Incredibly unprofessional, zero responsibility, wouldn’t release any information in regards to who to contact about incidents. Literally gave us a piece of paper for an incident report. We drive a Yukon XL Denali, windshield has many features, won’t be a cheap replacement. Will never come here again.

I like the oil change, but am not a fan of the car wash. Supposed to get a "Free" car wash with every oil change but they charged me extra for the "size of my vehicle". So much for free car wash. They don't even do great job. Last time I had to come home and re clean the inside because it was still a hot mess. We'll see if I have to do the same this time around (still waiting for my car to get done).

Unacceptable. Not happy with 1 of the employees here. Just left this car wash place. The employee at the beginning told us there is an extra fee for “rims and tires” we paid it. All they just put a shine layer of some sort on the tires. And nothing cleaned on the rims. I was able to remove a little bit with my finger. So the dirt was able to come off. Told the guy that dryer our car. And he called the lead lady. And instead of apologizing and saying that her employee or coworker made a mistake she kept beating around the bush about us having to pay another fee to clean the tires with acid. NO APOLOGY no nothing. My husband was the one who told her “to talk to her employees and at least an Apology.” And still nothing. That is not how you handle a business. She was rude to my husband. Whoever is the owner needs to speak to their employees about what the prices consist of and for them not to be rude.

I would have given 5 stars but the car wash broke down while I was there. I got my cars oil changed with great service. I will return and give them another try.

Used to love this place, but the last time, my front tire had a deep gash on the sidewall from possibly the worker hit the track the wrong way. Noticed it a few days after. Could have had a blow-out driving. Can't prove it. Won't go back.
