LUV Car Wash

I LUV THIS CAR WASH. Jimmy has always been one of the best here. Helpful and really smiles all the time! Compliments the cars and helps everyone. As a lowered and modified owner my car has to SHINE for events. The complimentary towels and vacuums are ace! Great brand and always friendly!

BE AWARE! The only reason I am giving three stars is because of the free vacuums and because of the staff, they are so kind. If you have the monthly subscription be aware of unauthorized charges to your account. I downgraded my membership plan and was charged $1.48. I tried multiple times to get in contact with someone for a refund but eventually had to just dispute the charge with my bank. They do not respond to the email form on their website and the contact number provided to me by staff does not work because no one ever answers the phone. The staff even told me good luck trying to reach someone smh. Also, after a month of washing my car twice a week due to excessive pollen, I noticed scratches on my car and I noticed that my car wasn’t fully clean. I personally think the two most expensive memberships will cause damages to your car and I would advise to just use the Lotta Luv a few times a month or just hand wash your vehicle which will always be way cleaner than a car wash machine. Editing to 1star due to management’s response and inability to acknowledge the unauthorized charges. Y’all can respond to Google reviews but can’t response to a customer’s inquiry for refund. I sense a class action lawsuit in the future.

Used to love this place! However their (online) customer service is ridiculous. I went online to reactivate my membership (hoping to get the discounted rate again, which I now understand i am not eligible for again, which is completely fair). When I submitted the re-activation for the discounted rate, I received an error message online repeatedly. I decided to go to the location and ask about it, and it showed my membership active when I pulled up and she told me to go ahead on through. When I later pulled up my credit card, I saw that I had been charged the full $41.99 rate. Again, I understand that I’m not eligible to renew at the lower rate but I only received errors and got no indication or confirmation I was being charged (and when I logged back in it showed my last payment of an earlier date!!). They are refusing to refund me and insisting that part of the reason was that I “used” the membership already the time I was waved through when I wanted to ask about it. Great car wash but keep a CLOSE EYE on your charges, even if you don’t think you’re being charged!!!!!

I have never been to a car wash that makes you feel so great when you leave. The blonde lady with glasses who works the front system goes above and beyond to make the customer feel appreciated and that they have all the information on monthly deals that they need. You never know when someone is having a bad day and customer service like hers could make one’s day.

Just awful. First time washing a brand new car. Came out scratched to hell and half washed. I would give 0 stars if I could. A few years ago this place was okay, now I would not recommend it. Should have just washed it myself...
