well, I guess this place is either making money hand over fist already or they have some pretty lowsy customer service... I called their "customer care #" which rang out of time & disconnected, so I called the main line just to have thing happen again. oh well DEFINITELY will be spending my $$$ somewhere else then... 🖖

Where do I start, my husband and I have been coming to this place for a long time. We have a monthly membership and have 3 cars that we wash here. Little did we know that once something happened they would not make themselves responsible although they are at fault. On May 28, my husband took his work van to wash (he had already done this multiple times). On this occasion their equipment malfunctioned and caused a damage to his work van at the top of the van. When he notified the person in charge, they said they would look at the footage and get back to him. Prior to washing his van this damage was not present and once he came out, this was the condition. About 1 week went by and we had not heard anything. I reached out and the person said that they only had footage for 7 days and didn’t think they would be able to view any footage any more. Clearly they were waiting for this to pass so we didn’t have any evidence. He then said he would get back to us the following day. On the next day, he said that they aren’t responsible for the damage and their equipment could not have caused it. That when my husband showed him he observed yellow paint but in the image clearly there is no paint. Honestly this is very disappointing. Needles to say I would never recommend nor are we ever going back. After being faithful clients, to be treated like this it was quite discouraging. Worst place, worst service, and lack of honesty, definitely not giving them our money anymore. If I could give 0 stars I would.

First time going to this spot and probably the last! I purchased the ultimate wash for 18 bucks and the wash went by so quick if felt like it was a minute long and was more of like a basic wash, there was non of that colorful soap or tire shine which I expected there would be as it was the highest wash available. l've gone to other places paid 13$ and got the whole package with self vacuum included so this was a huge disappointment. Not only that but after the wash was done the car was still super wet and soapy I had to drive to autozone to buy towels. I took a picture of how the towel was after I finished drying it. Expected more for such an overpriced service.
