I like how there are a couple of employees at the end wiping down your car with towels that was a nice surprise. If you care about your vehicle I recommend not to bring it here at Lakewood car wash. They damage your vehicle lied in your face and tell you that it was damage before the wash. I ask management to lead me to someone to help with the situation and just told me that the owner is unreachable. Was getting service for about a year & I even got a membership. I will never return to Lakewood car wash ever again.

This rating is strictly in regards to the full service wash. I paid $27 for a job my 9 year old could have accomplished. I only went full service because I have a broken leg, but I expected that they would at least do more than spending two min vacuuming just the surface of the mats, and quickly wiping down the windows and leaving all of the large separations between the outside cracks that retain water, so that when you drive away, the sides of the vehicle get water steaks everywhere. The large fingerprinted radio face wasn't wiped, the center console was simply wiped quickly with a dry rag leaving easily removable soda or coffee drips still there. I have to say, their self service service, which I was told was $10, is a good deal, but they only give you 5 min to vacuum, so if you haven't vacuumed in a couple months, don't expect to have enough time to finish. Go elsewhere for full service!
