Do not recommend , poor service ! I got “The Works” package today, expecting a thorough car wash, but it was a complete waste of money. My rims were still dirty, and when I asked about it, I was told that cleaning them isn’t included—what kind of full-service wash skips the rims? The interior was poorly wiped down, leaving dust and streaks behind, and the exterior wasn’t dried properly, leaving water spots everywhere. When I brought up these issues, I was told that if I wanted my car actually clean, I should pay for a detailing service. I think their end goal is to get you to pay $150 car detailing services . What’s the point of offering a premium wash if it doesn’t even do the basics? I do not recommend this place.

With my office just a few minutes away, I have an unlimited monthly subscription (unlimited car washes). They truly do a great job both on the interior and exterior. Their equipment are new and up to date and they always have more than ample amount of staff available to thoroughly vacuum and prep the car for the car wash. Same for staff on the other end of the line (the exit). They have a great selection of automotive accessories in the store adjacent to the wash for your convenience. They also have restrooms on premises. They’re conveniently located right off the GSP and exit 138.

Believe the one star reviews. No issues on the exterior. On the interior? They left my car wet and oily and many parts still dusty or not cleaned . When I asked one of the attendants to dry she told me it’s not water my carpets just look like that ?? Just rude and rushing. Go elsewhere unless they decide to change. I’d only come here to wash the outside of my car.

I went yesterday and I had to clean my car after spending $33 to get my car washed.. make it make sense!! the mats were not vacuumed well at all and the displays on the car were still super dusty I feel like I wasted my money.. I basically paid someone else for me to clean my own car.. I have given this place many chances because of the proximity but this is not a good car wash, go to Elizabeth they’ll do it well.. I’m so annoyed I spent sooo much money for them to not even put tire shine on two wheels! On top of that I always tip well and it’s like lighting my money on fire

I don't often write negative reviews, but I felt the owners should be aware of the level of service being provided. I did not see a way to contact them privately online. I've been to this car wash several times and have been relatively dissatisfied each time, but the location is very convenient for me so I just keep my expectations low. Plus, the staff have always been very nice. Today was beyond acceptable, in my opinion. The exterior looks great, which is why I gave 2 stars instead of 1, but the interior might as well have not been touched at all. I do have a dog, but my interior is almost fully protected with seat covers. I've attached some pictures taken immediately upon returning home.
