JN car wash

I definitely won’t be going back to this place. I had just come home from a two month work trip and brought my car in for a hand wash. It was filthy and they asked for a 10 dollar increase over their hand wash price of $35 dollars to cover the extra time needed to wash it properly. That’s totally reasonable. However when I received the car it still had way more dirt deposits than is acceptable.

I was looking for a great hand wash spot and this spot was excellent. I have a bigger truck and paid around $60-70 which was fair. The price was comparable to other spots maybe just a little higher. The process took about 45-60 mins, mainly because they took their time and were very thorough on cleaning your car. It wasn’t just one person doing your vehicle, it was multiple people rejuvenating your car’s shine. It took longer but I appreciated the level of care/cleaning they gave. Tipping system for them is a tip jug that they all split. I’d definitely go back here again.

I took my work truck that hadn't been washed in a very long time... I paid $85 dollars to have a good wash inside and out. When I left they were closing I noticed my windows were still very dirty... I couldn't see well through them. I went home and ran my finger through the dirt on my windshield and realized there was a dirt film on my window... I was not happy to have just paid $85 plus a $5 tip and still have it dirty... I know they have all the chemicals to get the job done, but didn't do a good job, in fact did a horrible job. I will never waist my hard earned money there again... I ended up putting a hard water remover solution on my windows and took off the film myself... see photos below. In images you can see where I cleaned the drivers side half and the passenger side still dirty...

Avoid the interior detail. Interior smells like a mix of sweat and someone's day old lunch box, ick. Exterior not clean. A regular wash is $45, seems pricey won't be back. Oh the photo - they used harsh chemicals on my screen, looks scratched. Lack attention to detail, service not great either...any recommendations for a good local hand wash and detail?

Should’ve taken a before picture to show you all how dirty my interior was but they delivered and made my interior good as new. Thank you Roberto and his team for an outstanding job.
