Jiffy Wash Express Car Wash

This is a drive-through carwash with short lines and quick service. Prices are in reasonable range. So far no damage to car paint as you may have from other drive-through, quick carwash services. They have free vacuum self-service outside for cleaning up interiors. It has a time limit. However, sometimes you may end up with foam on your car after exiting. Also, the dryer section of the carwash is either weak or the duration is long enough, so when you are out of the tunnel the car is half wet and you need to dry it yourself. So have plenty of towels handy...

My brand new car got scratched here. When I brought it up to worker he got pissed and took it personal. He believes that by getting louder he is winning the argument. Very unprofessional when I asked to speak to management he pounded on his chest and claimed that he was a manager. When I asked to speak to someone higher than him he refused to give me any information.

Car didn’t get wash properly and their dryer isn’t good. There were water marks on the windscreen and on top of the car everywhere. Also their vacuum isn’t working properly either. Need more power. Express wash for $7 is Not worth it.

This place was good at one point. But now it really sucks. They used to have 2 workers all the time now they only have one. And today I came here at 4pm and the guy really sacked balls. Didn't even scrub one side of my truck. I wish there was a # that we can call and complain about the service of there employees. There are some that are good but today this new guy sucked balls. Sorry to say.

I’ve been there a few times and it was always just OK. But this time was the worst. When I come out of the wash, I have to pull over to pull my mirrors back out. When I walked around to the passenger side, I noticed that there was soap still all over the hood and running off the roof down the windshield. Since I paid for this, I drove back around to talk about it. Of course they pretend they don’t speak English. I was pointing, and the guy told me to park in the stall next to the entry point. He gets out a hose and sprays the front of the car turns, then turns it off and walks away. So I had to leave it that way because I can’t wash cars where I live. They simply didn’t care, so I don’t care to ever go back there again!!!
