Hollywood Stars Car Wash and Detail

I needed an engine bay wash and thankful they could do it. There was close to 15 years of grime to get rid of and they did that plus a hand wash in less than an hour— I was very impressed! My engine now looks like new. My interactions with all the employees was great too. I had talked to someone on the phone about an estimate for the service who was efficient and helpful, the person who assisted me on-site listened to a concern I had about the wash and gave me a good price, and the employees who let me inspect the cleaning at the end were kind and made sure I was satisfied. There was a convenience store (lots of greeting cards, interestingly) and both indoor and outdoor seating to wait. I plan to return and I recommend this place to anyone looking for an engine or hand wash for their car.

Whenever I come here I always end up with streaks on my windshield. But today, on top of that, I noticed that they forgot a towel… I’m not sure why I pay $50 here…

Great customer service and car wash is priced decently. I had my convertible washed through the machines with no issues. Nice to have someone else wash your car while you wait. Spacious waiting area.

The car wash was disgusting. It was like they didn't even bother. I'd rather use a self-service car wash than pay $26 here. I will never come here again and I will not recommend it to others

these guys always do such a great job! The Spanish lady checking people out she’s okay you can tell she just gives you fake smile. I experienced coming up to the desk and she didn’t acknowledge me right away, she just kept talking to the person next to her.
