Hillside Car Wash and Lube

My mother recently has car issues and the son of the owner working there were extraordinary in delivering her service, keeping her calm, and assuring her all is well with her and the car. Super grateful for their tremendous customer service and technical knowledge. We have been going here since before I could walk and I doubt that will ever change.

Never see technician honest like them. Respectful, honest, they do not put money first. Instead, good job. I appreciate this local service. THEY CHANGE YOUR CAR PIECE ONLY IF IT NECESSARY IF NOT THEY TELL YOU, IT'S NOT NECESSARY TO BE CHANGED.

We took our truck there because is making a really big and weird sound, and also the gas logo is down . I asked for scanner service and obviously fixing and they denied to me doing the service. Idk why and they didn’t give us any certain reason. Horrible customer service.

I went in today to wash the car that we were renting and the car wash attendant was SO RUDE AND RACIST.... He literally told me, "You're wasting my time and I know that you can't afford it".... What kind of customer service is this?! I'm the paying customer and you have the nerve to not only rush me but JUDGE ME and tell me that I can't afford it?! No, thank you! I took my business elsewhere!

Over charged for a mediocre car wash. You can find a better more reasonably priced car wash somewhere else.
