Happy Boy Car Wash

Friendly staff but poor work quality. Although it seems like they vacuumed, I looked at my cameras recordings of the cleaning and the single staff member spent less than 4 minutes cleaning the car. however; I was in the waiting room for just under an hour. I didn’t expect amazing results for 30 dollars but about ten dollars a minute seems a bit steep for the quality of clean I got. I drove home and cleaned it myself. Reminder: these are photos from after their detailing.

NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY I PAID for the best wash possible and ended up with the worse wash! I called the manager over due to car not being cleaned correctly. The manager persisted to argue with me and give me attitude without offering any resolution to the poor job. Bottom line I paid for the best wash and got a rinsed off car with bird droppings,bug splatter on the grill, greasy car ( conditioning), dusty,water marks. Manager said " go somewhere else and get it washed you want me to spend 2 hrs on your vehicle for $25 an hr I'm not gonna do that" This was all INFRONT OF EVERYONE!

Super disappointed in my car wash yesterday. The entire car looked like it hadn’t been vaccumed, thinking they must have just missed it along the line of cars, and that they would offer to correct it, I showed the manager and he insisted that it was vacuumed and that my car was “dirty” (yes that’s why I’m at a car wash) he said that I should have paid and extra vaccum fee in order to get a better job done, even though I didn’t even choose the cheapest car wash to start with. He was rude and had horrible customer service. I won’t be back.

DISSAPOINTED!I've been here multiple times and have been happy until today. I asked which wash would get the most done on the interior he said the most expensive one would $26 I usually go with the basic wash. The mats didn't appear to be vacuumed, the rear definitely wasn't vacuumed, seats weren't wiped down the cup holder was dirty.

My husband just took our car in. We had horrible horrible service. Our car was not clean, it needed vacuuming and wiping down but apparently they haven’t trained their employees to do that. We paid $25.00 for minimal effort. I have done a much better job with 4 kids next to me in 30 minutes. Don’t waste your time or money. I called and complained and the manager just stated “very dirty ma’am”. Yes, I’m not expecting for the car to look impeccable but a simple effort of wiping down and vacuuming by actually trying to make it look a little better would have been sufficient.
