Hacienda Express Car wash

purchased the most expensive car wash package at this location, and not only was the wash extremely subpar, but it also left blue spots from the car wash fluid all over my hood and roof. When I approached the staff for assistance, they dismissed my concerns, stating it was not their responsibility and refused to offer any further help. They even suggested that I buy products from their vending machine to clean it myself. This is incredibly irresponsible and dismissive behavior. I strongly advise against anyone using this car wash. Avoid it at all costs.

SCAM! I have been disputing there charges for a year. I keep getting told that they canceled my membership and I keep getting recurring charges. Bank won’t help any longer, merchant is responsible. The car wash damaged my car too ! Brand new car too.

Great place to care for your car or truck. Employee’s are great. Friendly, helpful. The wash is consistent. Wash covers total area of vehicle. I have monthly membership. It’s a practical way of driving thru.

This place sucks. Over the summer I signed up to be part of this car wash and one of the times I went back I told the worker the car wash wasn't cleaning my car enough. So the guy standing inside the tunnel decides to grab a broom and brush the top of my hood and car and he scratched my car with the broom so hard. I drive a brand new car and he messed up my paint job and censors to my car window which are on the top of the roof because he applied so much pressure when he was brooming my car off with a sweeping broom. It's so sad I never thought people in a hacienda height would go out their way to scratched someone new car the way they did. I went back to tell the worker and he tried to harass me said I owed them money. I hate businesses like this!

This spot is a scam. I signed up for the monthly membership and realized later i didn't need it. I called and there was no answer so I went there and spoke to an employee who said they'd take care of it after taking down my card info since i threw away the sticky rfid tag they were using. I thought they really did take care of it but they actually didn't because I saw another payment deducted from my account months later. Avoid these people like the plague. They are a disgrace to legitimate business owners and car washes.
