Grand Car Wash & Express Lube

My car took about an hour and a half today.. when it was finished I pointed out a streak of dirt on the bottom of my drivers side door and rear door, that was missed. The guy didn’t say anything and looked pretty irritated by me pointing that out. Now as I drive away I now see how poorly the entire cleaning was. Also they didn’t put the air freshener scent in my car. I am disappointed with the service and overall quality of this place.

I DIDN'T LET THE DINOSAURS, DIE IN VAIN! I GOT MY OIL CHANGED! I have been coming to Grand Car Wash and Express Lube, to give my car a good scrubbing and get my oil changed. Well, it was that time again, to reward my car for its hard work of hauling my booty around, with an oil change! Of course I went to my favorite place, GRAND CAR WASH AND EXPRESS LUBE! The staff is always friendly and do a great job! Shout out to the hiring manager! Prices are really good! I got a full service oil change that included other stuff (I forget exactly), with the service I got a free car wash! The young men in the oil changing bays were really nice and didn't dilly dally, they were done in 15 minutes! I'll keep coming back!

I recently went to this place for a regular car wash, hoping for a quick and thorough clean. Unfortunately, the quality of the wash didn't meet my expectations. There were noticeable water streaks left on the windows, and some bird droppings were still visible on the exterior. For the price, I was expecting more attention to detail, especially with these basic cleaning points. While the convenience of the location is great, I think there's room for improvement in the actual service provided. Hopefully, they can address this for future customers!

I’m absolutely thrilled to share my exceptional experience with the oil change service here! I own a truly unique and high-end Mercedes, a real rarity to spot. A week ago, they changed my oil, but we overlooked an additional oil reservoir. When I returned today, they provided a comprehensive oil service at no extra charge, expertly handling the extra 6 quarts of fluid. Together, we efficiently resolved the issue, and I was treated with incredible grace. James, in particular, was phenomenal, treating me like family. If you’re considering an oil change, forget the big box stores and head straight here. James will undoubtedly ensure your car receives the utmost care, making you feel like part of the family. This place is, without a doubt, the best! I returned today to get my Mercedes S550 serviced with an oil change and once again the service that James provided was exceptional. He looks after you like you are related to him. If you go anywhere else for your oil change, you’re crazy.

I gave them a 3 stars because customer service is critical and the Mexican woman was so clearly being rude to me (a Mexican female) and did not say hi or ask how I was doing however greeted the white older man after me and asked how he was doing. I take customer service seriously. I will find a new car wash. Not to dismiss the workers because they do a great job. The cashiers should treat everyone fairly.
