I recently visited Genie Car Wash in Tustin, and I had an amazing experience! The staff were super friendly and welcomed me warmly. One thing I really like is that they offer the damp towels to wipe the car down. The thing I really didn't like was that I just wanted to do a quick wash and get on the road, but I couldn't because their dryers were very inadequate. There was so much water left on my minivan after going through the car wash that I didn't have a choice, but to frantically run around drying my car for 10 minutes, I really didn't have time to spare. Otherwise, the $18 wash would have gone to waste. Other than that, it's a typical drive-through car wash.

Peter was very helpful, so much so that I purchased the super wash monthly! His kind and expressiveness nature was very appreciated. As a first timer I feel he explained the car wash and everything around it extremely well! Would definitely recommend this place.

In general it is a good place with a welcoming staff, it was one time closed for maintenance without notifying their customers that they were out of service. Yesterday the gate couldn’t read the card code and opend manually by one of the staff and I wasn’t sure that I’ve received the paid package due to the gate’s card reader failure. In general still has a good service and I’ll continue using it.
