I’ve been going to this place for years and never had an issue other than small problems with how clean it comes out I even Considered becoming a member With them but for a $30 car wash what can you expect! However long story short on 2/25/2025 I went to get my truck wash and when I got back home I noticed scratches and chips all over my truck! I brought it back to see if they were able to help me with getting this issue resolved and the manager was very disrespectful and spoke down to me! Told me I was the only person who has ever had an issue and if I wanted to try to take it farther I would just lose the case and waste my time he also had the nerve to say my truck wasn’t in the best condition anyway and I probably just noticed these issues because it’s clean now and he has tesla’s that come here. BTW I politely asked to speak to him outside so none of the other customers would over hear also obviously I'm not the only one with an issue because as I was waiting for him they received another call with the same complaint and the reviews say otherwise, my truck is a 2013 its not a POS it’s in very good condition im 24 and work very hard for everything I have so for him to compare my truck to a Tesla and talk down to me like my money isn’t good enough was absolutely ridiculous and disrespectful. I never went here with High expectations and I’m very aware of “you get what you pay for” that’s why any small issues I had I never said anything or wrote a bad review however respect and good management shouldn’t ever have a price on it. With that being said If your looking for a quick rinse a 50/50% chance of getting damages and horrible management behavior this great place to go!

5 stars. They always do such a great job anytime I come in, great service, nice staff, they are always quick! Both the car wash & service / oil change. My whole family comes here, and we all love it!

YES! in my search to find a really good full service car wash, I found this one! Friendly Service and a Clean, Good Smelling Car is a GREAT combination. Now, when you get in the car, the car seat is going to be up against the steering wheel and your mirrors will be jacked but it's going to smell good and it will be clean, inside and out! FYI *It's a little awkward because most interior washes, you get out of the car immediately if you're getting your interior cleaned but with this one, you drive yourself through the wash and then you pull over to the side, get out and go inside.

Anyone in need of auto maintenance or repair I 110% recommend you go here. You as I have over the many years of going here, will have the best experience and if by slim chance you don’t, just speak to Chino the shop manager/head mechanic he’ll work with you to his best to rectify things. In an event your experience here isn’t to your expectations. Please don’t do as I did and jump to conclusions as well as jump gun by leaving a negative review. Always wait until you’ve spoken to Chino because let me tell you he’s absolutely the best in making doing all that is possible to ensure all his customers are satisfied! I’m going to recommend Garden State Car Wash to all my co-workers and have my sister do the same! Thanks Chino and so sorry about the jumping the gun thing! This place deserves triple amount of stars but unfortunately 5 is all I can give!
