Felipes's Car Wash

WARNING: Do not take your car to Felipe's! They put a scratch down to the metal on my Tesla that will cost me between $1,200 and $1,500 to fix (see photo). They refuse to acknowledge they made the scratch and conveniently said their video footage was deleted from the time when my car was being washed. Offered me 4 free washes (worth $120 total) to make up for the scratch, but then said they didn't make the scratch. Go elsewhere!

Absolutely the best Car wash in the area! They take such great care with our cars and pay such attention to detail. Reasonably priced, and the staff is very friendly. The owner, I’m guessing Felipe, is very friendly and remembers his loyal clients! If you live in MDR or Culver City this place is a must. Even though we moved and live in DTLA now, we still make the trip.

I’ve always had positive experiences here. The staff is all very friendly. My car is treated well and is cleaned up nicely. It’s a $30 car wash, I think other reviewers that rate low are acting as if they paid for a specialty $100 detail. It’s not that. You definitely get a $30 car wash which is exactly what you pay for.

I recently had my car detailed, and unfortunately, it was a huge letdown. The team initially assessed an antiperspirant stain on my leather seat and recommended a package priced over $150 that was supposed to remove it. However, after paying for the service, not only was the stain still visible, but my steering wheel was also damaged in the process. To make matters worse, the detailing itself was subpar. There were visible watermarks all over the surfaces, and the grill was still dirty. It was frustrating to pay for what was supposed to be a professional service, only to see that there was zero attention to detail. I expected much more for the price and am disappointed with the results. I will not be returning.

Love this wash. The entire process is well planned and smooth. There is super attention to detail when washing and they really put effort into making your car feel and look clean and fresh. They are now my regular go to. Bonus points because they treat your car with care when they drive it in and out of the bays!
