Fast5Xpress Car Wash Pico Rivera

Automatic car wash severely damaged my car parts, zero accountability! After visiting the Fast5express Car Wash (Pico Rivera location), my car was left with severe damage. Not only did the car paint get scratched, but my left side mirror was completely broken, with the cover knocked off and badly scratched! This level of damage is unacceptable, especially on a new car. My car and family’s other cars have never had issues with other car washes. When I reported this to the staff on site, they told me this kind of thing happens from time to time and mentioned that they don’t cover any external damages. It’s obvious that their machinery has excessive force and lacks proper care for customers’ vehicles. And to top it off, there was no compensation offered whatsoever. If you value your car, I strongly advise against coming here. Think twice before you wash your car at this place!

WHY do drive-thru car washes put vehicles right on your bumper‼️❓️OR put your vehicle right on the bumber of the vehicle in front of you❓️ My car comes out all wet on the back (or front). I suggest they leave a car space between each vehicle going in the drive-thru...otherwise I like this Car Wash buuut I luv my car🤩

I've been coming to this location for a couple years now since I moved to the area. There is usually an issue (gate doesn't work, vacuums out of service, staff can't tell customers to keep their time limits during vacuuming so a line will build up waiting for a spot to open). Even worse-the prices have gone up so much. Today, it all made sense. Poor management. When I approached the stop sign to enter the washing tunnel, no staff was present. I saw the car before me enter into the wash, so I inched forward to see if anyone was on the side (where I couldn't see). As I was inching forward, some heavy set male worker came out with his hands up (like he wanted to fight) rather than putting one palm up (like the universal signal for stop). After waiting for several minutes for a spot to open to vacuum my car ( 4 spots had no vacuums at all and 1 spot was occupied by the company car) I parked and spoke to the worker who identified himself as Brandon Lopez, the manager, who couldn't even give a proper introduction and began to tell me "you were driving forward"( which is absolutely untrue since he wasn't even at his station working, then began to argue and insisted he wasn't confrontational ( WHILE he's arguing with me). I told him I was inching forward to see if anyone was working,since the car before me pulled forward. He kept repeating that I was going to drive forward and that he wasn't being confrontational, and of course was unapologetic. Coming across a manager who is rude, unprofessional, and lacks any sense on top of a facility that has malfunting/absent equipment and is overpriced just makes it easier to take my business elsewhere. I'd advise everyone else to do the same. Plenty of other places in the area.

This is my favorite car wash, I drive 8 miles to this place. The staff is nice and friendly and the set up is easy. The only thing is now they limit the vacuuming to 5 minutes, but I still go over if there is no one waiting. If they are busy, I tend to do it as fast as I can and not as detailed. So I would go during off peak time. The price is very reasonable as well. The most expensive wash is $16 and you get 50% the next wash. So average out is $12 each wash and your car looks shiny for a long time

Today I decided to try silver service , shine armor in the vehicle and the tires . The employee used a hose but only poured in one side , I guess he was lazy to go the other side . Then when I vacuumed the car . The tires were not with shine armor at all. And spots were no clean likey windshield . I won't go again . Sorry but it's disappointing with this poor service. January 22 2025 I got a reply by management. They are sorry and to come to a resolution. My post was edit from them about the time I did this carwash post. It was last year on the beginning of December. I should reply with an email or phone call , but why ? The resolution would be rectify the machinery . So I edit my post to see what management will do . I go to Alhambra price 8 bucks new machinery and works good and better than this carwash.
