Fallbrook Car Wash

I needed a quick and affordable car wash, and this place fit the bill. The self-service bays were generally clean, and the equipment was in decent working order. I appreciated the variety of options, from the pre-soak to the spot-free rinse. The soap was sudsy and seemed effective at getting the grime off my car. The pressure on the wand was strong, which is a big plus. I also liked that they had a dedicated vacuum area. The coin/card payment system was straightforward and easy to use. My main gripe, and the reason for the 4-star rating, is that some of the bays could use a bit more attention. Overall, this is a solid option for a quick affordable wash. It's not perfect, but it gets the job done. If they paid a bit more attention to the small details, it would easily be a 5-star experience.

Used to come here all the time, now this place is rundown and needs repairs badly. Vacuums barely have any suction. The tubes feel gross to the touch. Machines are dented and scratched. Not many places to wash your car anymore by yourself. They could really make some good money if they just invested in the up keep and made it a better experience.

DOBT WASTE YOUR TIME! THE MACHINE SAID $8 FOR 10 MIN I PUT IN $8 AND IT READ ONLY $6 SO I HAD TO PUT IN $10 FOR THE MACHINE TO WORK THEN IT ONLY GAVE ME 4 MIN! I BOUGHT A AIR FRESHENER AND GUESS WHAT?.... DIDNT FALL OUT THE MACHINE. SCREW THIS PLACE WILL NOT BE COMING BACK.

THE WORST !! STAY AWAY !! The bay I was in wouldn't read my credit card, so I paid cash. The dial was on rinse, but only sudsy water would come out. I went to a different bay, and it was the same situation! I drove away with suds all over my car, and went to my friend's house to hose off my car! WHAT A BOTCH !!!

OK, So this happened! I came to this car wash thinking that it was gonna be cheap because I read some of the reviews. As I arrived, i saw that there was trash everywhere! Signs posted up, do not leave trash behind. Clearly no one here reads the signage. Since this car wash accepts debit cards and credit cards, and I never carry any cash or change, the card reader overcharged my debit card $10 for 1 single car wash, and it’s noted on the machine that it’s $7.00 for 11 minutes!! Then I used my debit card to vacuum my car, again it’s noted in the machine $1.25 and it charged $10.00 for 1 single use!!! Check the cameras, since there are cameras here, because I want my money back!!!! So whoever the owner is, needs to contact me, for my refund! The video surveillance and my bank statements are proof that I was overcharged!!!! This isn’t cool!!! FIX YOUR CARD READERS!!! I feel like this is a scam!! Maybe the BBB should get involved!
