Awesome place,awesome people, awesome car wash. The location at Woodbridge is always busy but they do not have lines. it's because they have members only line where you don't have to wait in the line with paying customers. They have an option on their website where you can sign up to get a free wash just to try them, and if you decide there's different options for memberships per month and you can come every day for a wash if you like in a month with your one registered vehicle. They didn’t wash the car correctly I was in and out in like 5 minutes for $20! Never coming here again! Horrible ! That dirt is easily wipeable with a finger! They didn’t even clean the rims! By the way I paid for the Platinum Service! DO NOT GO HERE ! First time and LAST TIME!

I paid for the Platinum package at this car wash, expecting the full service listed—Lava Bath, ArmorAll Tire Shine, ArmorAll Carnauba Wax, Sealer Wax, Underbody Rinse, ArmorAll Triple Foam, Vacuums, Conditioner, Dry N Shine, and Wheel Brite. Unfortunately, I only received basic service and had to finish cleaning my car at home. What was missing? 🚫 No Tire Shine – No one touched my tires or even looked at them. 🚫 No ArmorAll Carnauba Wax or Sealer Wax – These were supposed to be part of the premium service, but I saw no sign of them. 🚫 No Wheel Brite – My wheels looked the same as before the wash. While the car was hand-dried, it wasn’t done thoroughly—I still had streaks and spots when I got home. I also spent more time in the automated wash than under the drying process, which didn’t seem effective. For a Platinum package, I expected a noticeable difference in cleanliness, but this felt like a basic wash at a premium price. I'm glad I canceled my membership because if this is the level of service I can expect, it’s not worth the cost. Disappointing experience.
