Easton Shammy Shine Car Wash

Manager was extremely disrespectful about a situation involving a truck I've had for 3 weeks. I was expecting a few scratches with it being a dark color. The assistant manager seen the deep scratches all over the truck, and agreed it was from the machine as it was giant swoops, and the hood is perfectly fine. As the brushes don't touch the hood. They told me it was there prior when I personally reviewed the footage and the truck was covered in salt debris. They are inconsistent, and ignorant. I even provided pictures of when I purchased the truck showing the condition of the paint. Now I have a $1300 paint correction bill to get it back to what it was.

I went today and this is what they missed on the hood and front bumper. Plus they always miss my license plate and part of my back window.i bought the middle package ty for your time.

It was ok. Was a little overpriced and it didn't get my rims clean, but the free vacuum after the wash was a plus.
