If can give no star, I will put 0 star. Worker broken my car camera and not clean well with my 2 car. I brought platinum wash and add more service for 2 cars. And after I called the customer service tell me send the email for them, until now, no one reply my emails . My car wash was on 08/09/2024. Do not use this company!!!!

Erin does a great job every time he cleans my truck. I actually use my truck as a truck and it gets dirty because of it. Thanks to Deets for keeping it clean. For the other negative reviews…..you got to make sure you are descriptive in ordering your service with Deets. If you want them to detail the interior make sure you choose that service. Thanks again Deets!

Unprofessional Service and Security Lapse This company failed on multiple levels. I booked a mobile detail for my wife's car and the technician failed to call my wife when was finished. He sent a text message informing her that he left the car keys underneath thr tire instead of handing them to her directly. My wife has a disability and it was difficult for her to retrieve them. When I called customer service to complain, they were incredibly rude and offered no solutions. I had to ask for the rep's name and never received an apology. This is the worst kind of customer service. We'll be sticking to express car washes in the future – at least they won't misplace our keys! Update: "Virgil" spent the afternoon arguing with my wife and rather than resolving the issue as a genuine customer concern. Based on their Yelp history the is not the first time they have done a mediocre job and left my wife's review mirror dirty too.

I have been using Deets now for about 3 years. There is a reason why I am a repeat customer. Deets does a reallly high value job and consistently delivers quality car wash. If you think about it, regular car wash places takes only 5 minutes to wipe down your car once it comes out of the car wash. With Deets, they spend considerable more time in hand washing your car (unlike those spinning brushes at the car wash) and in cleaning and wiping down your car. Deets prices are not that much more compared to my local car wash place, pound for pound. Why drive to have your car washed when you can have Deets come to your home with professionalism, high quality, let alone the convenience. For me, that is a no brainer. Highly recommend!!!

They clean your car fine. However after it rains and if you car has dirt in it they use the extra charges option to overcharge you. WIll not use them again.
