Cosala Car wash

After a couple of times, I said that I would not return to this place, I gave him another chance, and once again, disappointed, it took almost 3 hours to get my car out. I understand that they have many cars, but they also know that they need personnel. too much time after leaving the car, it was only to dry it for about 20 minutes and to be there for more than 2 hours and waiting I was about to take the car just as it was, finally someone decided to finish it and in the end it didn't look good now yes already no more with this place definitely.

Kathy was very nice . She was very helpful. She’s been here for years . I like her customer service . She explains what each car wash consists of .

I pay $25 for leather conditioning and didn't even get it by the time I figured it out I was already long gone from location.. I know my fault for not noticing but they should have known

I paid $40 for a car wash with mats. The car wash was decent although I did notice some scratches and dirt spots on my car. The reason I gave it three stars is because they lack customer service skills. First, when a car is done, they just honk the horn once and expect the customer to come outside to check and see if it is their car. I waited 45 minutes only to go outside and see that my car was done and sitting alone. After waiting ten minutes outside, I asked it it was done and they said yes. It doesn’t take too much effort for workers to come inside and announce which car model is done. Secondly, the workers all wear the clothing of their choice, which is OK. It just feels odd when a “random” person comes up to your door and tries to talk to you. You don’t know if they are an employee or random person.
