I give this low review because of two reasons. I live in Dove canyon and since I moved here I used this car wash since they closest to my house. But to be honest, there are always trace of brushes and unwashed areas on the car. But to be honest, this not why I gave 1 star to them. Their customer service is the worst part. A couple of months ago, I saw an advertisement on their car wash bill that if it rains with 3 days of wash, I can go back a wash my car for free, which was really a good idea. It went until last Friday, I washed my car. But it rained on Saturday. On Sunday I went there and asked for free car wash per their policy. But despite my expectation, cashier started bringing up excuses. First he said it wasn’t a rain. It was just a light one like sprinkling. I disagreed since I drove on the highway and it was more rain there. Then he said the rain should happen the day after the wash (which wasn’t aligned with their 3days policy), which I said it was the day after, and I came within 3 days. Anyways, he tried all he can to not to accept. At last he said you need to talk to my manager. Anyways, I told him I’m not going to argue for a free car wash. This will be my last time in their car wash. If you can’t keep you word, don’t put it on your car wash bill.

This is the worst car wash on the planet! Car wash was horrible, employees were sarcastic, inefficient and rude. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS CAR WASH!!!! You will regret it. Better to drive 20 miles out of your way rather than go here. They really just don’t care about the customer and the investment you have in your car. To them you’re an inconvenience in their small world.

Wash quality is okay for what you pay for. But, the machine likes to eat your money/code if you pay or input a code while someone else is inside the car wash. You have to be careful and wait for the person in front of you to leave before you pay.

No air drying / blowers and the vacuums are $2.00 in quarters instead of included like most car wash places.
