Brookhurst 100% Hand Wash and Detail Center

It's just ok. It was great at $35 hand wash a couple months ago. For whatever reason it was $49 today for the same exact thing. They did a good job at least. Just not worth it to me at that price. I always tip the guy who cleans my car at the end, it feels like the right thing to do when I see them working hard. All in it was a $60 wash that I can get for $40 at a different place. Also they are cash only but you would never know that because there are no signs. The first time I went here they made an exception and let me zelle the owner, which I appreciated.

Been coming for years. I normally go every 2 weeks. Recently they have guys approcahing you for with a “ sorry i missed you when you came last time” which is a weak sales tactic. i told him it wasnt me and i didnt have an appointment with him. He tried selling me on a detail service. I went on fini tv sh my vaccuum and wash like i normally do. Yesterday i came again to do my normal vaccuum and wash and the same guy came up to me and said i have to pay $5 to vaccuum. I told him i normally vaccuum , wash and just drive away.That was my routine., but he insisted i still pay the $5 if i wanted to use the vaccuum. So no more coming to this greedy car wash and will let my family Know not to come Anymore.

Don't go to these guy for Detailed... I wasted $200 plus $20 tip.... they did a shitty job. There are still hairs on the bottom and they didn't flip my chairs down to clean (minivan). They didn't even take off the little glue residue from the new car sticker that was on the windshield... the cleaning is not even worth $20.. Detailed my A$$... don't go here for Detailed waste of money.

These guys want to charge $5 to vacuum even if you are getting a car wash . no thanks. plenty of other choices out there

To owner: Express car wash/100 percent car wash same business. In your picture you have picture of express car wash too. Stop trying to deflect excuses/pretend its not same business, accept responsibility and train your employees properly. You will stop having bad reviews. (I haven't been here since a kid when my mom go here a lot)
