Blue Wash Express Car Wash Lynwood

I initially signed up for the Platinum membership at Blue Wash Express, hoping to support a local business, but my experience has been disappointing. They don’t offer air fresheners, even though I was paying for a premium service, and after downgrading to the $25 per month plan, I ran into more issues. Today, I asked Rudy for an extra wipe cleaner, and he told me I could only have one, even though I was promised unlimited access to these during my washes. I just wanted to support my local business, but it’s clear that this local business isn’t supporting its customers. I’ve decided to return to my old car wash, where they always have air fresheners and give me as many wipes as I need to clean my car. The service at Blue Wash Express simply isn’t worth it.

Update: came back to the car wash and I am pleased to say, the issue has been resolved. Thank you. —————— Been using their service since their grand opening with a monthly fee being charged. The past two car washes have had a horrible smell on their soap or water. Maintenance please make sure to take a look at this. I will go ahead and update my review next time I go back.

The guys in charge are always mad and have angry attitudes for no reason. They look upset that they work there. The girls are always nice but the assistant manager and manager look like they have things up their butts ALL DAAY LONGG. I can't even understand what one of the guys says when he talks. He always looks angry and hung over lol. They sometimes scratch my cars when they scrub the rear with a push broom. Smdh. They need to fire those guys. I'm taking my business down the street to the happy hour wash on imperial and Atlantic. Fast easy and pre soaks before wash. K bye

So happy this new location opened. There’s nothing like it in the area! Facility is super clean and my car is shining.

had my new back windshield wiper broken off, when I went to talk to staff about it they said there's a sign at the entrance that they're not liable for anything. He said he was going to "regañar"(scold) the employee for not putting tape on it first to prevent it like usual. I was so upset I didn't even vacuum my car after that and just left. Will not be returning even though I would go every 2 weeks. This was the last straw after their prices recently went up. The most expensive wash was $14 before, now it's $17. And they no longer include the air freshner with it like it used to.
