Big Ben Express Car Wash

I have been coming to this car wash for years. The owner has redone completely. The car wash probably a couple years ago. Staff is cool. I know they owner. He’s a Korean dude he’s cool as well. Take care of his employees. Place look clean. Prices are OK it’s a good car wash. Come and give it a try

I’m still a little skeptical about this type of wash for my car. I have noticed a couple of new scratches. It cleans the cars well. They close earlier sometimes and they close for maintenance on some days without previous notice. The pressure dryers and vacuums are not always in the best condition. The staff is very courteous and will help you. It is economical and convenient. As the saying goes you get what you pay for.

My entire truck was left like this . We paid $40, we had to come home and washed it by hand again. I don’t recommend anyone to come here . They either used cheap soap or were lazy and did a half ass job.

I wish I could give zero stars. The owner is extremely rude and condescending. He does not listen to anything that doesn't come out of his own mouth. He totally disrespected his staff, in front of me, a customer, which is unprofessional and disgusting to witness. He spoke to me in a harsh manner, I felt like he was accusing me of something I didn't and wouldn't do. I canceled my newly bought membership on the spot, which puts me at a loss because I didn't even use a full month of benefits. After coming here for years, I will never go back here again; and I will not recommend this business to anyone who respects themselves, because the owner certainly doesn't respect his patrons or employees.

They don't maintenance their car wash and it results in damaging your car. I recently brought in my car for a wash and they broke off my side mirror they refused to take responsibility for it. This isn't the first incident they have had with their customers. Look through the reviews. I learned my lesson I rather pay $25 for a hand wash than $15 and risk my car getting damaged. Over all I don't recommend coming to this car wash and wish the best of luck to those that do. Thank you.
