Arbor Bay Carwash Customer Reviews

Drive Thru Car Wash accepted payment but only soaped my car then stopped working. Had to pull into a stall and pay to rinse my car off. I’ve been going here for decades, but no more. Can’t get a hold of management. I despise all the car washes popping up in the area, but you get what you pay for. This place is run down and not maintained. Stay away! Update: Finally did get a call back after many messages. Update 2: Almost 2 months later & after about a dozen messages, finally got a person to answer the phone. Had to go by the car wash to get a refund. Confirmed: Take your business elsewhere!

Wash bay only lasted 2min. for $2.50 and the soap doesn’t dispense from the wand. I tried two different bays with the same problem. The vacuums take your money but do not work. In all I lost almost $10. Will never use this car wash again.

The car wash shut down 2/3 of the way through the wash - still had soap on the car, so I had to go back through(and pay for it). Didn't see anyone there to report it to or any way to ask for a refund. I've had good luck before, but not this time.

Self service vacuum, and touch-less Carwash basic wash for $7!

Just stopped to use the vacuum and of course it doesn't work and will not return quarters. There is no indication that's is broken. And instead of getting upset I thought oh well I'll just give the car a quick wash. Well that machine ate my money too. No water came out and I tried every setting. Very disappointing because the vacuum is $1.25 and the wash is $2.25. so today I lost $3.50 and my car is still dirty. Never going here again.
