Their track curbed my rear driver side wheel …..Took my M850i to get a quick wash I knew I shouldn’t have gone there as it’s not my regular car wash spot but …it’s in my town… I go there they put my car on the track I saw it when it happened the back wheel hopped immediately told the woman at the check out. She referred me to a man named Lucas I pointed out to him where on the track the metal touched the rim he accused me of lying and said I curbed the wheel myself he then proceeds to tell me I just want a new wheel… lmao!!! I told him I want him to fix or widen his track so this doesn’t happen to anyone else not to mention the car wash was horrible no one should go there ever I’m contemplating making a police report. Why don’t folk just do the right thing? But ultimately, it’s my fault because I know I shouldn’t have gone there. I should’ve went to my regular Car Wash.

Deceptive pricing. You think you’re paying $13 for a wash and next thing you know, you’re paying $17. Only a couple of years ago I’d get the same wash for a little over $10. They’ll show you your air filter and try to make you think it’s dirty so you’ll replace it. They’ll say you need the most expensive oil when you don’t. I should’ve stay with my dealer who charges $40 instead of the $71 I was charged.

HORRIBLE! Worst place ever. I'd rather go to the honda dealer and pay them the same price with better service! The nissan dealer in keyport has excellent service with a rewards program that give you credit for your next service. I have a honda and a nissan. But this car wash is not good, go there if you want to take your car to a mechanic the same day! They have left my antifreeze cap off, my air filter unplugged, the oil screw loose that ended up loosening and spilling my new oil. I told them that my oil indicator needed to be reset and they huff and puff saying that wasn't a big deal and it was easy to do, Yeah man I just paid to get it serviced!!!! They left the old sticker on my windshield. They just suck, and never going there again. This happens everytime i went there. I was just giving them the benefit of the doubt....

For a full service car wash the exterior was decent but the interior was horrible, all windows were streaky, nothing wiped down inside, should have just did an exterior wash and clean the inside myself, because that's what I have to do now. I wouldn't be aggravated if I hadn't paid for the service and now i have to do myself
