All Soft Cloth Car Wash

Really Shady place! Paid $8 specifically to get undercarriage wash due to all the recent snow and salt. I checked afterwards, it was completely dry, and the salt marks are still there! Basically pay for something they DON'T deliver! So check before you leave! When i go back to let them know and try to get it washed, he refused and didn't want to wash it and give me $3 back. Just think about all those time i pay for undercarriage wash but they didnt deliver or how they scammed everyone who goes there to specifically want to wash the salt off thinking it's washed off so you didn't have to but end up corroding the undercarriage away! If you just want a quick wash, then i highly suggest getting the basic wash $5 as from other comments, they also pay for extra but get basic $5 service.

Got my car washed, felt an unusual movement during the wash. Walked out rich check the car around and found damage on the front bumper. Showed the employee, he assured me it did not happened here. Run the car through the was again and it appeared to be the tire brush was causing the damage. Happened in front of the employee and my eyes and he still denied it happened here. Very disturbing. Do not recommend to take your care there.

My car had pollen & leaves on it from the tree in front of our house. This was my first & LAST visit here. My car was still covered in leaves when I left. I'm posting the pictures of my car AFTER it was "washed". Never will I come here again.

The employees of that car wash were drinking alcohol during working hours .I was inside the car wash-behind me were 3 more cars the one who is the front check out control the traffic supposed to delay each car at least 30 second in case of accidents or traffic jam .Unfortunately all who were inside hit each other due to poor management negligent of their stuff.When I was notified their employees he was laughing and dancing. I realize they were drunk and were not look normal. I had a very bad experience. My back hurt because I got hit by another car and I don’t really like this car wash. I don’t appreciate the owner of this company hiring such an irresponsible employees.
