100% Hand Car Wash

My car was broken into in downtown LA, and the intruder made a huge mess. I felt so uncomfortable being in my own car afterward that I had to get it washed and deep cleaned. I took it to 100% Hand Car Wash, and the staff did an incredible job! I was emotional, but their kindness and attention to both me and my car after such a stressful experience were overwhelming. They showed real compassion and went above and beyond! Will be returning in the future just to get my car cleaned!! Thank you so much to everyone!! 😭🙌

I was looking for a nearby hand wash for my motorcycle and found this spot. For the price I believe $40 was a fair price. I’d put this spot at around a 3.5 out of 5 stars. Customer service was cool & got my wash done within 30-45 mins. I’d definitely come back again to get my car or motorcycle washed in the future.

Giving them 3 stars, it is definitely a passable car wash. However, given it's a hand wash, I would expect human hands and eyes would catch spots that an automated machine can't quite get to. Still had dirt marks on my windshield and around the exterior, plus interior hardly looked like it was even wiped. I asked what their interior included, and they told me a wet wipe down, but it still looked dusty and had left over residue from what they halfway tried to wipe off. I also have durable plastic floor mats that were handled poorly. I understand they are made to take a beating from foot traffic, dirt, water, and you can easily hose them down, but there is no need to drag them on the pavement and yeet them on the ground. I still care if the hard plastic gets lightly, in this case heavily, scratched from being dragged and tossed around. All in all, I wouldn't go back to get my car wash there and in my opinion they are definitely slightly below the average 3 star service, and not worth the $30 exterior wash and definitely not the $10 interior clean. Could achieve the same result at a diy drive in spot for $5-10, or a drive thru gas station rig for like $15.

Went early morning and already had several people there. Service was great! I went with my pup and we just watched them wash off all the dirt on the very dirty vehicle, it was a relaxing moment. lol The staff was nice and the car look brand new! Definitely gna make this my spot to go get my car washed! Affordable price too!
