I've used this car wash regularly for years. Attempted to wash my car this morning, immediately charged $10 on my card, and the hose for the water sprayer was completely broken and spewing everywhere. Don't trust the $$ meter if you use your card, I was charged $14 when I only used the service for a $5 period. Also most of the soap and stuff was empty, it was just spewing out water and the hoses are grouped so badly that they get entangled a lot. I'll be reporting the fee to my credit card as there's nobody here to refund me

This is my usual car wash spot but not the first time I’ve had problems. Today both coin machines were empty which is super annoying for a coin car wash. Luckily I managed to find enough coins. I had 4 minutes left on my timer to begin the air dry and the hose wasn’t attached. What a waste of time and money. Please contact me to provide a refund. I have pictures also.

I use my credit card for minimum $3 charge and they charge me $10 on my bill. Everything was broken there but the hose. Merchant wouldn’t refund my $10. Will never go back. Stay away from this place.
