My husband and I stopped into the quick line today for an oil change. The young men working were polite and professional. Waiting are was nice and the oil change was very reasonable. Will definitely go here again!

Bought a car almost 2 years ago, get a flat tire in the middle of this past snowstorm. Go to change the tire and they didn't put a jack in the car. So I have a spare tire, and the pry bar to get the nuts off but no way to get the car up. Also had a problem with the screen on the car so I took it in, contacted the warranty company and they said they would need the shop to call, so handed the number over and the shop couldn't get through with 3 separate times trying to call for an hour each. Wasted 3k or maybe more on a warranty service that doesn't pick up the phone that THESE GUYS ENDORSE. The customer service is hit or miss which is terrible for a bunch of people trying to sell you something. Do not recommend.

DO NOT GO TO THIS SERVICE CENTER!!! 3 TURBOS IN 3 YEARS!!!! In 2021 I had issues with my 2015 focus turbo. Brought it in as it was still under warranty. They "diagnosis" it as a sensor that was not covered under warranty and I had to pay $330.00 for it. Did that and that did not fix the issue of my car loosing power/boost. Took it back for them to tell me it was the vacuum pump (which was covered under warranty) Had to pay an additional $100 for them to replaced that. The car still had no power so they finally were going to replaced the turbo! We get a rental car which was never cleaned had dog throw up in the back. Take it back they clean up the dog throw up do a quick vacuum and then douse the car in febreeze and give it back to us. Finally get our Focus back, my husband was driving it into work the next morning and car completely looses power on the highway. He was almost to work so he limps it there and as he is pulling in he looses all brakes because the vacuum pump they replaced grenade. Call them back up to and they take the car and we get the rental again. Couple weeks later we get a call that we have to swap rentals because they sold this one. I told them that this next one better be cleaned. Get into it. nope trash in it, finger nails on the floor, a battery covered in oil in the trunk. So after them working on this car from February until Late May we finally get our car back. The first turbo blew because a bolt was not tightened down properly (but they said it was faulty part). Still we were happy to have the car back. Well it is now 3 years later and my turbo blew again. Car has no power, didn't even put 30,000 miles on it. But apparently there "workmanship and parts warranty" is only for 2 years so now I am expected to pay 3-5K for them to replace the turbo again? HAHA yeah I don't trust there mechanics, the service provides are very good at telling you what you want to hear and then charging you 2-300 dollars more than what is originally told. Luckily my husband is a mechanic and we are going to be doing this ourselves and documenting why the turbo failed. If my suspicions are correct we will be filing a complaint the state and attorney generals office along with Ford Corporate who I contacted back in 2021 about my difficulties with this service department. Please everyone save your money and your lives because this service department is dangerous.

I bought a 2020 Ford Fusion Hybrid from you guys in April. When I went to test drive it, the battery was dead. Matt jumped it and I came back to test drive it the next day. I liked the car and decided to buy it. Matt mentioned that if the battery acted up at all "they would take care of me." Well, a few weeks went by and sure enough it died on me. I didn't want to wait for an appointment, so I bought a brand new battery from AutoZone and set an appointment to have the Eco mode button looked at (wasn't working) and have the system tested for draws that would drain the battery. Well, when your service department looked at it, they said my brand new duralast platinum battery tested bad and it had to be replaced. I questioned this finding, but was told they could not proceed without replacing the battery. They found no issues with power draws, and only found the Eco mode switch needed replacing. I had to ask for my original battery to be returned to me, as I wanted to try and return it if it was faulty. I brought the battery back to AutoZone and they tested it and found NO PROBLEMS. They tested it right in front of me!!! I am disgusted that I paid 980 dollars for your service department to lie to me stating that my perfectly good battery was bad and for you to replace a less than 100 dollar switch. Let me be clear, I paid close to 1000 dollars for you to force me to replace my perfectly good battery and replace a less than 100 dollar switch. This is on a vehicle I bought from you! I have no complaints about Matt, or the sales team, they were great. My experience with your service department, however, was abysmal, unethical, and an absolute rip off. I will not be purchasing another vehicle from Zeigler, and cannot in good conscience recommend you to anyone either. I've never felt so taken advantage of. I hope you change your practices for the better, you might find that taking care of people will earn you more business rather than losing it.

Great experience. Came in to get our Ford serviced on a Saturday. Oil change, multipoint inspection, tire rotation, and air cabin filter (no other ford dealer has been able to give us an air cabin filter recently). They were very quick and very helpful. The guy was very helpful and knowledgeable when we asked certain questions. He was happy to help us with any service we needed that day. Service was fast and friendly - just how you want things to be in a service department. I would go there again and recommend to others to do the same! Also one of few places that does services in a Saturday which is a huge bonus so you don’t have to take time off work!
