These people are horrible I don’t recommended getting your car fixed from them. They promised us that the parts they ordered were OEM which they weren’t until we found out and had to get them fixed. The day I picked it up the engine splash shield fell while driving in the highway because they did not put it correctly. We have been calling them to fix this since our car has warranty from them. They promise to call us back and never call us back. Very unprofessional people especially the front desk receptionist who is rude and doesn’t return the call.

John and his team were amazing! My car had signifgant damage and took a while but they kept me informed and made the process as easy and stress free as possible.

I wish I didn’t have to give them a bad review, but I need to. I was never updated on my car status. At one point they told me my car was ready and then they said “oops, it is not your car.” No apologies for creating a mix up. They promise to call me and did not return my call until a week later.
