I paid for a job and my car came out making a horrible sound, they said it was my axel. My friend went under my car and tightened a screw and the sound stopped. I still went in and brushed it off yesterday for an alignment long story short, they didn’t align anything I went to the shop next to the Texaco and this is what they showed me. They didn’t align my car and took my money

Wheel Alignment My wheel alignment was not good so went here to consult them as they were giving it for affordable prices. After the wheel alignment was done, the job was so bad that my car is just turning to the extreme right within seconds. I stopped by their repair centre to fix the problem they have created and are always delaying to the next day whenever I asked. The manager did not have any intention to fix it and moreover delaying it every time to next day whenever I requested. This is a cheap service area I have faced so far. Please do not put your car here for any service. They are not affordable, They are cheap and inefficient and unprofessional. Thank you for giving me such a bad service and letting me understand your inefficiency at every step.

I went to this place to have my window fixed after they change the motor in the window the window still would not go up and down the head mechanic then said I needed a new electrical harness for the door because there was no power coming to it. While drilling into the door panel to replace the motor the mechanic broke the door handle and my door with no longer open from the inside. It took them four hours to figure out why the window will not go up and down. The shop closed and I could not get my door handle fixed. The owner said come back tomorrow. I came back and the owner said he was too busy to look at it. I went and bought the electrical harness for them to replace but the owner kept telling me he did not have time. So I went to another auto mechanic and he informed me that it was not the harness all I needed was a new door control module. I bought a new control module and that fix the problem. I went back to Xpress and told the owner that what his mechanic said was not the problem and that they wasted my time and gas and that they needed to fix my door handle. The owner told me to get out of his shop and we begin yelling back-and-forth. He refused to fix the door handle that they had broken. I am in the process of suing him. Do not take your car here!

Paid $350 for them to fix my AC. AC still not working. If you didn’t know how to fix it, why not say it. Instead they played a guessing game and long behold AC still doesn’t work. Gave the $299 for rotors and brake pads. Come to think of it, I probably didn’t need rotors or brake pads.
