I brought my hybrid car in the shop called before to see if they knew how to work on it. I just had 1 error code clutch 2 system stuck closed. My car didn’t go in reverse. I told them I needed a new slave cylinder. They will say they need the car to diagnose it. After 3-4 weeks later holding my car and talking back and forth. About getting a used transmission his source got the wrong one. So I ordered one off eBay $800 but it was missing the electric motor. What kind of shop tells a customer to go find a part that he is supposed to fix. And now I rescan my car I get a battery management system error as well. I paid $400 to get my car back with no fix and another error code. I believe they stole or switched my hybrid battery or battery management system. Computers don’t lie. People do! Avoid this shady place.

I had brought in my 2016 Chevy Impala here about a month ago it had a transmission issue my car been sitting for almost a year with nowhere to turn to but these folks here at Xperts did they thing! Andrew went over the process with me I highly recommend everyone goes here with their transmissions needs I was on a very tight budget so I needed some help covering some of the cost they have a program that can approve you for a installment loan to cover the cost of repairs it helped me out tremendously when you come here ASK FOR ANDREW I promise yall he will get your car right my car runs better than ever THANK YOU GUYS AGAIN I WILL BE BACK

0 communication for 7 days, i had to show up to the shop everytime to get an update. I asked for a purchase invoice of the part “they bought and changed” and never got anything. Just a bunch of excuses. First and last time ill go to this place and im 100% sure my car wasnt touched because it was parked in the same spot for 5 days.

I was referred here by three different people and they said they were really good I went I was told I need a new transmission I got a used transmission they forgot to put the air and take back on it took almost a month to get ahold of them for them to put it on and then they hook the machine up to my car and there was a message for the transmission that they put on so I was told to bring my car back that Wednesday I took my car back that Wednesday and they had my car for 3 and 1/2 weeks they put another transmission in and then I was told that labor was not included in the warranty so I had to pay for the labor I got my car I was on my way home I didn't even make it to the boulevard the car started idling at 6 and it wouldn't go above 20 miles I asked before I left would I be able to take my kids to college I was told yes I won't go back a third time the communication there is zero you have to actually go to the shop becouse it hard to get someone on the phone and when you call is like you're getting on their nerves but I must say Angel was very helpful I want it to be able to write a good review but it's nothing good to say my car doesn't work I can't get my girls to school I guess this is a lesson to me you can't trust everybody
