I'm sorry I ever went here for AC blower motor repair in 2022. Guess what? Dead blower motor again in May 2024! These are supposed to last 10-15 years! After 2x of doing the same job, same mistakes made, the new blower only worked on high speed when I drove home. Same blower needed for winter heat too. Annoying & noisy on high speed. Plus my wiper blade handle housing was heavily cracked & broken during the repair, huge chunk of it gone, had to duct tape it back together. No mention of it as I paid or fixing what they caused! Tried calling many times, it just rang & rang. Must of blocked my number. I decided not to go back for 3rd time, at least I had AC for awhile & didn't trust this shop anymore. I wrote detailed note on very 1st visit informing them of the rainwater leaking past the windshield cowl, a well known fact for that car model year, that submerges blower motor in water, leading them to fail. They said of course, we'll seal that up real tight. They didn't & the Resistor did NOT get installed right! (it was only half plugged in by the fuse panel, just found out by new mechanic! ) I have the receipts I can post here if u try to pull the stunt of "we don't show your name in our system" Pretty sure u answer every 1*star that way My car should be in your very meticulous computer records.U seemed a nice man, Kane. Kind & helpful, I liked u. Not directed at u personally, your employees did the work, but I assumed u read my note, but obviously didn't. U were rushed as about to go on long vacation & needed all cars out of lot. So my time, your time, $$ wasted. Plus my wiper blade handle housing was broken (huge chunk missing) during the repair & I had to duct tape it in place & nobody told me or fixed it as they caused it. Your right that I rarely write reviews. But 3x times, same problem. Best car I've owned for 8 yrs. Except for this prob. I'll take the review down in a few months, just wanted u to know the truth & my frustration. I found someone that finally did job right this time & all works good now. Peace....

About 2 weeks ago I got my car diagnosed and was given a price of $680.00 for repairs. This is a fair price. However I wasn't able to afford it at the time. 2 weeks later I was able to find assistance to help with my repairs and they required from the shop a W-9 and an estimate for my car repairs. On 7/29 I called asking for the information so I can send it over, and they said they will call me back. They did not. On 7/30 I went up there to ask for the documentation and gave them my information to email me the documents. I called back the same day around 12PM and I was told "it will get sent over shortly." I never received the documents. I understand how busy car repair shops can get. However, it shouldn't be this much of a hassle to get the documents sent over. I had to call around to other shops that will help me and I had to schedule out for next week because they were busy. I now have to plan around this because Xpert auto did not follow through on what they were supposed to do. I have a funeral next Friday to attend and didn't want to leave my car at a shop while out of town. I guess I have no choice now.

A big thank you to Xpert Auto Center for speedy repairs to my brakes! Not only was the price for all four wheels within a few dollars of the estimate, the job was done in 3 ½ hours from the time I dropped off the car. One of the signs close to the main entrance says that they guarantee “Noise Free” brakes and I wasn’t sure what that meant. However, after picking up my car, braking was smoother than I could remember and without ANY noise, noticeable better than any brake job I can remember. Xpert Auto has become my “go to” auto repair choice!

I contacted this place 7/24 at 9:16 am to make an appointment for a diagnosis. The man was beyond rude. Maybe they “only fix vehicles” but quality customer service is also important. I’d rather drive 40 minutes out of the way than to give money to this place.

Kain is an honest guy. Been working with him for years on previous cars, and he has always been great. Only reason I stopped going there was because I thought they closed. But when I found the new location, I did not hesitate to come back. Great, honest service.

Brought my car in because I was having issues. They said I needed a tune up. Paid quite a bit of money and guess what? They did NOT do what they charged me for. Buyer beware! Get you a receipt that details EVERYTHING they claim they did and charged you for. They NEVER give receipts, it's weird that you have to request it when it should be standard practice.That should tell you something right there. Without paperwork to prove what you paid for, they can and will say anything. I dont trust them and I wouldn't recommend them either. Don't take my word for it lol. Try them and see for yourself. Please be sure to leave an honest review! Threatening to report my post as fraud is even more comical that the FRAUD you committed by charging me for services you DID NOT COMPLETE! Do what you want, Sir! I paid by credit card and those statements DO NOT LIE! So dispite you NOT providing an invoice/receipt, I still have a record of the transaction!! Now who's the fraud?!?! You're really showing your true colors here! FOR ALL TO SEE! Now yall see why they don't give you an invoice/receipt! So they can try to claim your review is fraud lol! Pay by credit card people! It's for your protection! I welcome his claim of fraud to Google so they can contact me and validate my review!! I'll be waiting!
