Great service! I called in need of an emergency tow. My car wouldn’t start. They offered services in a short amount of time. Thankfully, my car turned on and they did not have to make the 20 mile drive. Nonetheless they were happy to help. I will definitely be storing their number for future reference and need. Eric is amazing driver who takes pride in what he does and loves helping people out of a jam. Extremely professional, helpful and great attitude. When you’re having a tough day due to a car issue, it’s really nice to be helped by a very nice person like Eric at Urgent Towing! The dispatcher was very nice and helpful as well!

I can’t believe I’m writing a glowing review for a towing service, but here goes. Carlos was THE nicest, most helpful representative I have ever dealt with. As we all know, usually when you are at the point of needing a tow, or have been towed for an infraction, you’re pretty pissed off. My new friend, Carlos, was just so pleasant, that I couldn’t help but smile during a normally frustrating experience. HIGHLY recommended. Thank you, Carlos!

Carlos is awesome! So friendly, knowledgeable and fast! Great customer service! He arrived within 15 minutes and my car was delivered to the service center within 10. Such a good experience considering an unexpired flat tire before the weekend. Thank you!!!
