I am a first time customer that needed a turbo swap for my VW. I brought in a product I purchased on ebay that ended up not fitting. KB Motor was great in troubleshooting my issue and helped me get a full refund with their advice and also allowed my vehicle to stay in their garage a week longer as they found the turbo that would fit. I felt like they really were professional and empathetic toward my specific need. I would highly recommend and return to get work on my VW.
