Several features set Wrench Works apart in the auto repair landscape, all centered around a strong customer-first philosophy:

- **"Forever Fixed Guarantee" (or similar warranties):** Many Wrench Works locations stand behind their work with robust warranties, often including a "Forever Fixed Guarantee" for certain repairs or a 12-month/12,000-mile warranty on parts and labor. This provides customers with peace of mind and demonstrates the company's confidence in the quality of their work.
- Convenience and Flexibility: Wrench Works aims to make car repair as hassle-free as possible. This includes offering loaner vehicles for major repairs, shuttle services for shorter jobs, and in some instances, even mobile mechanic services where technicians can perform repairs at the customer's location. The option for 24-hour key drop-offs further enhances convenience. Some locations have transitioned to a "no appointment needed" model for greater flexibility, allowing customers to stop by whenever it suits them.
- Skilled and Certified Technicians: The team at Wrench Works consists of highly skilled mechanics and ASE Certified technicians, with many having extensive experience and specialized training. Their expertise ensures that vehicles are repaired correctly the first time.
- Fair and Competitive Pricing: Customers consistently report that Wrench Works offers "down-to-earth pricing" and "reasonable prices" compared to other shops or dealerships, making quality automotive care more accessible. They aim to provide competitive rates without compromising on service quality.
Wrench Works frequently offers various promotions and discounts to provide even greater value to their customers. These promotions can vary by location but commonly include:
- Oil Change Specials: Often including complimentary services like tire rotations and seasonal vehicle check-ups.
- Discounts on Repairs: Such as $50 off repairs of $250 or more, or $100 off services exceeding $750. These discounts often apply to a wide range of maintenance and repair services.
- Free Inspections: This can include complimentary brake inspections, AC inspections, or general visual inspections with other services, allowing customers to proactively identify potential issues without an upfront cost.
- First-Time Customer Offers: Some locations offer special discounts for new customers, such as $50 off a repair order of a certain amount.
- Seasonal Promotions: Look out for deals tailored to different times of the year, ensuring your vehicle is ready for various driving conditions.
It is always recommended to check the specific Wrench Works location's website or contact them directly for the most current promotional offers, as these are often time-limited and require presenting a coupon in advance. Wrench Works Customer Reviews
Absolutely disaster. Made an appointment for alternator replacement scheduled on Friday morning. Tech never shows up and I'm reaching out to customer service by noon. Almost 4 hours later I'm told the parts wouldn't be delivered until the evening and the work would be completed in the morning (Saturday) between 8 and 1030. Imagine my surprise when no one shows up and again I'm calling customer service only to hear the part that was supposed to be picked up Friday night wasn't and the tech is picking it up between 130 and 2pm. After no follow up I get a text at 630 from the tech stating he was struggling to get the bolts in and he'd be back tomorrow morning (Sunday). I texted, what time...again no response. Here comes Sunday and despite multiple calls to customer service no one can locate or contact the tech. No here it is Monday and still no feedback. After work at 430 I'm talking to customer service again!!!! And magically received a text from the tech stating he almost finished the job...yes four and a half days later. At 545 I received a text from the tech stating he has the wrong alternator which is why he's having a hard time replacing it!!!! How is that even possible!!!!???? I'm currently on the line with customer service (again) and they supposedly don't even have another tech in the area (Philadelphia). How can a major metro area be serviced by 1 technician??? Now I'm sitting here with my car disassembled, the tech no where to be found and no solution from customer service.

These guys have been here at this same shop for 40 years plus on the the same block! Amazing! To be in business this long says a lot about their caliber of work. The work they did on my car was prompt, accurate and reasonably priced. They told me what was going on with my vehicle in (lament) terms. They open at 7 am which was perfect for my work schedule and worked on my vehicle as soon as I got there. They are also friendly and knowledgeable about everything about cars. Hard to find a good and honest mechanic these days. I would recommend them to everyone👍☺️. I usually go to Monte and Sons who are also fabulous, however, the wait is a bit too long for me to get my car serviced and a little pricey. Now I have a new one!

Wrench Works is the best! Randy is really down to Earth and will give you a rundown of any and all problems with your car, not just what you brought it in for. Prices are very feasible and the work gets done quickly. I don't think there is a better mechanic in the city and this statement goes way beyond the work he does.

The owner of Wrench Works , Randy Furek is by far the best mechanic in the Philadelphia area I have been travelling from the outside suburbs to Philadelphia for the last 44 years and would never consider letting anybody but Randy and his associate Kevin work on my vehicles
